Abstract<\/h3>\n

To achieve the objectives of the energy transition, different countries including Morocco are now interested in the production of low-carbon and renewable hydrogen. This energy vector could make it possible to decarbonize certain industrial sectors, ensure the storage of electricity and the supply of fuel to the transport sector. The deployment of hydrogen technologies requires overcoming many obstacles such as the high cost of green electricity. Contrariwise, the efficient operation of adequate electrolyzers, as well as the development of energy potential storage systems can significantly reduce the cost and subsequently, accelerate Morocco’s plans to decentralize its energy needs being one of the leaders in the green hydrogen production in the world. Likewise, the development of thermochemical redox materials with suitable operating conditions of temperature represents an interesting approach for the development of the hydrogen market in Morocco in the future.<\/p>\n

R\u00e9sum\u00e9<\/h3>\n

Pour assurer l\u2019agenda de la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, plusieurs pays notamment le Maroc s’int\u00e9ressent \u00e0 la production d’hydrog\u00e8ne bas-carbone et renouvelable. Ce vecteur \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique pourrait permettre de d\u00e9carboner certains secteurs industriels et d’assurer le stockage d’\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 ou l’approvisionnement du secteur du transport. Cependant, le d\u00e9ploiement des technologies de la production d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne exige la r\u00e9solution de nombreux obstacles, principalement le co\u00fbt \u00e9lev\u00e9 de l’\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 verte. En revanche, le fonctionnement efficace d’\u00e9lectrolyseurs ad\u00e9quats, ainsi que le d\u00e9veloppement de syst\u00e8mes potentiels de stockage d\u2019\u00e9nergie peuvent r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement le co\u00fbt et par la suite, acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les plans du Maroc vers la d\u00e9centralisation de ses besoins \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques \u00e9tant l’un des leaders de la production d’hydrog\u00e8ne vert dans le monde.
